Orders are shipped from China.

We offer shipping via USPS Priority Mail International, UPS Worldwide, and FedEx International Priority.

We offer two shipping methods: free shipping and expedited shipping. Expedited shipping costs vary based on the destination country.

We process orders within 7–10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose at checkout.

  • Order Confirmation: After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Please allow 5~7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for processing.
  • Shipping Confirmation: You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. Click the link for real-time updates on your order status.
  • Missing Order? If your estimated delivery date has passed and you haven’t received your order, please contact us for assistance.

Please contact us directly by email

  • If the delivery cannot be completed or the package is rejected, it will be returned to the sender. Once we receive it, we’ll issue a refund, minus the shipping cost.
  • Important: If the carrier is DHL and the package is rejected, it will not be returned to us, and we won’t be able to process a refund.

If your order has not shipped, you can modify or cancel your order

If an item you like is out of stock, select your size and enter your email in the restock notification system. We’ll notify you via email once it’s available again.

  • Reason 1: Multiple consecutive payments may trigger the system to flag the transaction as potentially fraudulent, preventing the payment from going through.
  • Reason 2: A low credit card score can also prevent successful payment.
